This Saturday, January 25, Marine was crowned the big winner of the Star Academy. A big victory, since Nikos Aliagas announced the percentage of votes and the gap was wide between the two young women.

After more than three months of adventure within the castle of Star Academythe final took place this Saturday January 25. This was won by Marine, who burst into tears when receiving her trophy. When Nikos Aliagas asked her for a first reaction, the young woman immediately said: “Mom, I won.” In the process, Marine wanted to have a word for Ebony by telling her: “I didn’t expect it and I wanted to say that Ebony deserved to win too. I would like to cut [le trophée] in two to give him half.”

While during the adventure, the percentages of votes were no longer announced by Nikos Aliagas, the rules changed for the final. “Marine wins the Star Academy with 65% of the votes”declared the host of TF1, against 35% for Ebony. Last year, Pierre Garnier won the adventure with 55.6% of the votes, compared to 44.4% for Julien Lieb. Marine’s score quickly caused a reaction in the public, as Marine fans quickly shouted with joy. Moreover, Matt Pokora wanted to have strong words after some tensions between the fans of the two young women.

I’m so happy, thank you to the public, I really love you, it’s only thanks to you, thank you”she declared before giving a brief update on her journey: “It’s true that since the beginning, I’ve doubted and it’s very annoying, it’s even more so for me honestly. I apologize if I’ve often doubted and I’ve been annoying, we’re going to say, but that’s really what I was thinking in my head. I’m so happy.” After having addressed a word to her loved ones, to Ebony and to the public, the big winner wanted to conclude: “Thank you to the teachers, to the candidates, to all the teams.”
