All the winners of the Sirha Innovation Awards at the 22nd edition of Sirha @CM
Thirteen products were rewarded at the Sirha Innovation Awards on Thursday January 23 at the end of the first day of the 22nd edition of Sirha in Lyon.
This is one of the highlights of this 22nd edition. At the end of the first day of Sirha 2025 in Lyon, thirteen original and astonishing products were rewarded at the Sirha Innovation Awards on Thursday January 23 at Eurexpo. Thirteen prizes awarded among 450 applications which reward the best innovations, incremental or disruptive, of the year. Between vegetable steak made from a fermentation process of soy proteins and rice flour, an alternative to traditional cocoa and chocolate, discover all the winners of this edition.
