Minutes earlier, Fernanda Torres, nominated for the best drama actress award, made a post with the caption "on the way". In the photo, she gave a "spoiler" of the diamond earrings chosen for the occasion.
Fernanda’s competitors in the best drama actress category are Pamela Anderson, for “The Last Showgirl”; Angelina Jolie, for “Maria”; Nicole Kidman, for “Babygirl”; Tilda Swinton, for “The Room Next Door”; and Kate Winslet, for “Lee”.
"Variety" listed the Brazilian as the favorite to win the statuette, while "Vanity Fair" placed Nicole Kidman as the favorite for the award.
