A man accused of fatally knocking down a 15-year-old teenager with his car on New Year's Eve night was arrested on Wednesday, January 1, at the police station where he had gone to around 10:30 p.m., franceinfo learned on Thursday from a police source. During the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, around 1 a.m. in Strasbourg, a fatal traffic accident took place, rue de la Lauch, in the Cité de l'Ill district.
