Manchester City are leaving this weekend with a total match played and a great win coming off a good performance by all. A result that helps hopefully begin a run of goals. With it, we need to start a run here, given the rest of the season, with re-enforcements and some luck, City can still compete in all the title opportunities left,
A match that had a similar feel to most City matches, yet resulted in some better play for the team as the intensity was present early. It was a bit disjointed at points, but it was a good result in the end that can only help improve morale.
One where City was in control with possession and chances created . They played a very tight match and are now sitting in a better spot than before and can only make it better.
City had so many players who played well this time and that includes some lineup choices that were forced by injury & sickness.
A couple players of note who did play well and were lively was Savinho and Haaland, who showed up well.
The story of the night is that City get a big three points and we can move on to hopefully better times after this rough stretch. Additions are sorely needed in January,
