Tuesday November 12, 2024, the C à vous broadcast was the victim of a major technical bug, forcing Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine to interrupt an artist in the middle of a live performance.
These are the hazards of live! Tuesday November 12, 2024, Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine invited Asphalt, a pop-rock revelation of recent years. But while the artist was in full performance, the host was forced to interrupt him due to a major technical bug. “There is a small problem, we actually couldn't hear anything”, she said. The microphone didn't work at all. “Let's start again. Is the microphone problem fixed or not?”she asked the management.
Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine very disturbed by this technical bug
On set, the journalist nevertheless remained very professional and tried everything to resolve this problem. “This is the first time this has happened, test your microphone. In control? No, there's nothing at all, it's complicated”, she explained, very disturbed by this live incident. “It's not possible… Is there a cut?! Something blew up!”she added, giving another microphone to the artist. Fortunately for her, she was able to quickly resume the course of her show. As for the first part, everything went as planned.
A very fluid first part
Like every day, the show C to you was divided into two parts. For the first, Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine invited Sophie Binet, president of the CGT, and Nicolas Beytout, journalist, to debate the social crisis which is shaking France at the moment, in particular with the departure plans of Auchan and Michelin . It was then Emmanuelle Béart who arrived on the set to discuss energy poverty. In itself, a very classic first part for C to you, who didn't expect a technical bug in the second part! But what would the magic of live be without some hazards? “It was Rock huh”, she commented once the artist finished his performance. “Sorry, those weren’t the best conditions,” she apologized again. Asphalt doesn't seem any more disturbed than that!
