A great and beautiful spectacle, as only sport can bring to life… Sunday in the second part of the afternoon, until the beginning of the evening, the Elan Chalon players offered a thousand treats to their supporters in a Coliseum in party and full as an egg.
Because for the second time this season, following on from last season, the meeting was sold out. For a very nice basketball match, in the form of a spectacle. Because yes, the public attended a show from the first to the last second and even before and after. Firstly, the presentation of the players is sublime. Then with a show during downtime and between quarters.
And then, and above all, the greatness of the collective performance of Savo Vusevic’s players who excelled, defended like crazy, to defeat ASVEL and win, to the great surprise, their first championship victory of the season. An authentic feat which will remain in the annals of the club and Burgundian basketball.
So obviously, the players were entitled to the lap of honor they deserved after the traditional Burgundian ban.
