HIGHLIGHTS

On German roads, the profile of the stages seemed simpler with the addition of completely dry tarmac. But the deterioration of the road over the passages was significant and surprised several drivers. At Toyota, we chose to go with more hard tires compared to Hyundai which favored soft ones.

Setting off this morning with the aim of scoring as many points as possible today, Sébastien Ogier made a mistake when braking and made a small excursion into the grass. At the finish, the Frenchman lost ten seconds to Adrien Fourmaux, the opener and author of the scratch this morning. After his mistake in the first third of the special, Ogier was the only one to follow the pace of the M-Sport driver.

With this loss of time, the Toyota driver lost first place to Ott Tänak by less than two seconds. Above all, the eight-time world champion is off to a bad start this super-Sunday and will have to work hard to recover big points.

A solid sixth overall at the start this morning, Sami Pajari rolled over in this special, landing in a field. Retirement is inevitable for the Finn, author until then of a rather interesting performance.

Determined to show good things this morning, Andreas Mikkelsen suffered a puncture at the very start of the special, without understanding the reason.

J.Serderidis 7:00.7	It’s not a good stage for us. I had a lot of things that bothered me. Andreas was reported arrested, and as a result, I did not have the information for the virtual chicane.
