INTERVIEW – With the Rolex Masters in full swing, the old 66e world will seek a second term on December 14, in a vote where he will be opposed to Germain Roesch, president of the Ligue d'Île-de-France.
At the head of the FFT since the start of 2021, the 66-year-old Lyonnais explains why he wants to benefit from four additional years to carry out his vision for the development of Tennis in France. LE FIGARO.- Why did you decide to run for a second term? ?
GILLES MORETTON. – We haven't finished the job. A four-year term is very short. I want to see projects through to the end. I think we have made a lot of transformations in the federation, in our leagues, our committees, our clubs.
