: Wishes, medals and a retirement at the EHPAD du Creusot

This ceremony took place on Friday January 17 at the Demi-Lune residence in the presence of Philippe Lequien, general director of the EHPAD and CHS of Sevrey, the deputy director Hervé Goujon, the chairman of the board of directors Lionel Duparray and Alain Ballot, departmental advisor, representing President André Accary.

Lionel Duparray then Philippe Lequien presented their wishes before addressing the staff to convey to them all the pride they can have in working within the EHPAD du Creusot. It is a beautiful structure, a reference that shines well beyond .
Hervé Goujon, deputy director, in turn presents his wishes, before taking stock of the year 2024 and presenting the projects for 2025. The year 2024 saw the realization of the new establishment project which defends the concept of “Welcome Home” which will be implemented over the next few years. Along the same lines, civilian clothing for the care of residents of specialized units has been tested for several weeks. The establishment must be proud of the effective deployment of the Territorial Resource Center, the first open to the department and the most advanced. The establishment faced the certification test with a satisfactory pre-report with 13 of the 18 imperative criteria validated. More good news with the reopening of the in-house pharmacy. Less good with the difficulties linked to the medical shortage in the territory and for which a platform

What will become of the Demi-Lune and Canada sites?

For 2025, the establishment will deploy its new establishment project. The work and reflections will focus on the future of the Demi-Lune and Canada sites with a necessary future real estate project. Hence also the need to return to a balanced budgetary situation otherwise we will no longer be able to invest and see projects blocked, particularly those of reconstruction.
There is also a need to move forward with replacing sick calls in Saint-Henri.
The establishment cares about the health of the planet by continuing the process of management and recovery of organic waste and with the generalization of dematerialized mail. And the health of its agents (especially after the end-of-year holidays) thanks to the Adapted Rehabilitation and Physical Activity Center (PRAPA) which offers fitness activities for staff throughout the month of January.
But this Friday, there will be no buffet or aperitif due to the epidemic context, everyone will have understood that, concludes Hervé Goujon.
