Assassin’s Creed Shadows, Ubisoft published the trailer in history with Naee and Yasuke
Ubisoft has caught up with the delay and published the new trailer for Assassin’s Creed Shadows, the new chapter of the series ready to arrive on PS5, Xbox Series X | S and PC on March 20, 2025. Thanks to this new trailer it is So possible to have a taste of the story that will distinguish Shadows, with the Shinobi Nae and the Samurai Yasuke forced to face a whole series of dangers to save Japan (and beyond). In addition to the video above, Ubisoft shared many new information that gave fans an in-depth overview of the future game experience. Assassin’s Creed Shadows introduces for the first time a narrative structure which is articulated around two playable protagonists. Yasuke, a talented warrior, uses his strength to overcome obstacles, while Nae uses her agility and assassin talents to explore difficult to access areas. Players will be able to switch between the two at any time, adapting their style of play to different situations.
Among the new mechanics, stands out the grapple, which offers a more dynamic approach both for exploration and furtive death. The “observing” system allows you to highlight the objectives and objects of interest, thus making interaction with the environment and the characters more strategic. The information collected during exploration also influences dialogue, where poor choices can lead to unexpected fights. An interesting novelty is represented by customizable shelters, which act as operational bases for the recruitment and training of allies. This element adds management depth to the gameplay, allowing players to build a network of assassins to support their missions. The French publisher also talked about the province of Harima, highlighting the variety of assassin’s Creed Shadows missions and the way players’ choices influence the progression of the plot.
