Samsung Electronics revealed its 2025 lineup of Smart Monitors, Odyssey Gaming and ViewFinity at CES, highlighting innovations in AI, gaming performance and productivity enhancements. These new models redefine industry standards with revolutionary features such as AI integration, cutting-edge OLED technology and unique form factors designed to meet the diverse needs of users in the areas of work, play and creativity.
The Smart Monitor M9 (model M90SF) introduces AI capabilities to enhance entertainment and interaction through adaptive image processing and intelligent search functions. The first monitor to feature AI, the M9 features the AI Picture Optimizer feature, which analyzes input signals to determine the type of content being viewed – games, videos or productivity apps – and automatically adjusts display settings to provide the best possible visual experience. Players benefit from AI that recognizes the genre of their game and fine-tunes image settings for an optimal, immersive experience tailored to each gaming style.
The Odyssey range of games: Immersive 3D experience
The M9 also includes 4K AI Upscaling Pro, which leverages advanced AI processing and neural networks to upscale lower resolution content to near 4K quality. By analyzing input signals and existing image data, it produces images with exceptional clarity and detail, regardless of the original resolution. These smart, personalized features elevate the performance of the M9, which features a 32-inch 4K OLED display with VESA DisplayHDR™ True Black 400 for deep blacks and vibrant colors.
Samsung’s Odyssey gaming lineup at CES includes the G90XF (27-inch) models featuring a lenticular lens and front-facing stereo camera for an immersive, glasses-free 3D experience. The technology analyzes and converts 2D videos into 3D content, adding a new dimension to images. The Odyssey G8 (32-inch) offers a super ultra-wide curved screen with 1000R curvature, 240Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time for ultra-smooth gameplay.
ViewFinity S8: Productivity and immersion
The ViewFinity S8 (model S80UD), featuring a 37-inch 4K 16:9 display, is the largest monitor in its class to date. This expanded screen size maximizes productivity, immersion and efficiency by allowing users to view more information at once while optimizing their workspace. Its 99 percent sRGB color gamut ensures accurate color reproduction and brightness, ideal for professional workflows.
The ViewFinity S8 reduces eye strain during prolonged use with adjustable color temperature settings based on ambient light. Eye Saver mode and anti-flicker function further protect users’ eyes. An integrated KVM switch allows users to control multiple devices using a single mouse and keyboard, further improving productivity.
