The SRS-XG300 makes a very clean copy and has everything you need to satisfy those looking for a solid speaker, both in terms of design and sound performance, extremely easy to use and complete. A few minor flaws tarnish the picture and prevent it from perfectly dominating the competition, in particular its cousin XB43, which we will prefer for its absolutely unbeatable quality/size/price ratio… unless you feel an irrepressible need for raw sound power.

After the very successful Kilburn II and Acton II Voice, Marshall speakers continue their good run. The Stockwell II benefits from very serious sonic progress made since its predecessor, completed by this “Blumlein stereophony” still as strangely named, but undeniably effective. Everything is still not perfect on the auditory level, but the visual appeal of the beast can be enough to compensate for that.
