As part of the celebration of the European Green Capital 2024 and the Gran Festiva de Valencia, the city has organized a guided tour for all audiences to connect with nature and discover up close the Albufera Natural Park, one of Valencia’s most precious natural treasures.

It is one of the most important and representative ecosystems of the Valencian Community. This natural space, with its impressive biological diversity, is a perfect example of Valencia’s commitment to sustainability and environmental conservation, values ​​that have led to its designation as European Green Capital 2024. Participating in this activity is an excellent way to learn the importance of protecting our natural resources and enjoy the unique beauty of the Albufera.

Activities on the program:

1. Departure by Minubus:
– Departure from Valencia to the Gola de Pujol pier.
– During the journey, an environmental educator will provide a detailed description of the Albufera Natural Park, highlighting its ecological importance and biodiversity.

2. Circular environmental route with a guide:
– Once at the Gola de Pujol, visitors who wish to do so can take part in a guided tour of the surrounding area.
– The guide will explain the natural values ​​of the environment, as well as the characteristic flora and fauna of the Albufera.

3. Boat trip:
– After the guided tour, enjoy a boat ride on the Albufera, allowing participants to discover the beauty of the landscape at sunset.

4. Return by Minibus:
– Return to Valencia by minibus after the boat trip.

Explanations throughout the activity will be given in Spanish and Valencian, ensuring complete understanding for all participants.

Participants will be selected in order of registration until all places are filled. A waiting list will be established for possible withdrawals.
Selected individuals will be notified by email and will be asked to confirm their attendance. In the event of no response, an attempt will be made to contact them by telephone. If contact cannot be made, they will move on to the next person on the waiting list.
If the selected person is ultimately unable to attend, they are asked to notify in advance so that their place can be offered to another person on the waiting list.
