The arrival of retro game console emulators on iPhone has brought joy to many users, but there are still certain constraints. One of them is the in-game experience, which is not that close to that of yesteryear, notably because of the touch-sensitive virtual controllers. Currently only the iPhone 13 Pro is supported, but the creator is working hard to make his controller case compatible with the 14 Pro and 15 Pro. Here is how he presents his project:

Everything is 3D printed and assembled by hand — solely by me and my passion for retro gaming. It’s not perfect, but it’s made with a lot of love and a touch of nostalgia. If you like a bit of DIY charm and miss those clickable buttons — consider joining the waiting list. Your support and positive vibes matter!

Weirdeetz created a page to be on the waiting list, but there is no currently no price displayed, as this is still under study. Delivery times have not been communicated either, these are still only prototypes.

It is also possible to make a donation on the page in question, in order to support the project. The latter is only in its early stages, but it still seems very promising.
