There are only a handful of days left to shop at the Courir and Aldo stores in the Nicetoile shopping center. The first, specializing in sports clothing and shoes, will close its doors on January 25 and the second, which offers shoes for men and women, will close on the evening of January 28.
The reason: the arrival of the German streetwear clothing and sneakers brand Snipes.
With Snipes, there will be “more textiles and accessories”
“Employees who wish to do so are taken over by Snipesindicates Jérémy Caldarone, team manager at Courir. And during the construction period, we can go to work in the Snipes store of our choice.”
The German brand will bring together the sales spaces of the Courir and Aldo stores for its Nice address, which should open in May.
Waiting for, “there is no liquidation at Courir, only the usual sales”specifies the manager. On the other hand, the Aldo store is in total liquidation until January 28.
-“The store will be completely redone for several months and it needs it, continues Jérémy Caldarone. With Snipes, we will offer more textiles and accessories.”
The same fate awaits the other brands in the department. Ultimately, to get to Courir, you will have to go to Monaco or Puget-sur-Argens.
At Aldo, the employees chose to continue with their buyer. “It’s a new adventure”they confide.
