His adventure at Galatasaray, although started under good auspices with titles in Super Lig and Turkish Super Cup, ended with a disappointing record of 8 goals and 5 assists in 34 matches.
The 2024-2025 season, supposed to mark his return to form, was disrupted by a calf injury and a plummeting level of play, pushing him out of the team.
Ziyech, who struggled at Chelsea and an aborted move to PSG, could now find a new opportunity in Saudi Arabia. According to journalist Kaya Temel, he has reached an agreement with Al-Fateh, a struggling team hoping to avoid relegation.
Although several European clubs, such as Stade Rennais or West Ham, continue to follow him, Saudi Arabia now seems his likely destination.
