The Renaissance of Zémamra hands down!

The Difaâ Hassani of El Jadida (DHJ) suffered, on Sunday, a heavy defeat against its neighbor, the Renaissance Athletic Club of Zemamra (RCAZ), losing 3-0 at the Ahmed El Abdi Stadium during the 17th championship day.
The goals were scored by Sabbar, who scored twice in the 45th +3 and 52nd minutes, and Azri, who opened the scoring in the 43rd minute.
This Doukkala derby revealed the clear tactical and technical superiority of the Zémamris, who knew how to exploit the numerous shortcomings of their opponents.
From the start, the visitors set their pace, showing themselves to be more organized and more incisive. Their domination was confirmed with a first goal before half-time, followed by a second in added time.
In the second half, they sealed the match with a third goal, leaving the El Jadida crowd disillusioned with a disappointing performance from their team.
Amine Benhachem, RCAZ coach, perfectly knew how to exploit the opposing weaknesses, notably the repeated errors of goalkeeper Marouane Bissak, directly involved in two of the three goals.
On the other hand, Zakaria Abboub, the DHJ coach, failed to rectify the situation, letting his team deliver one of its worst performances of the season.
With this defeat, the DHJ slips to 9th place in the ranking with 24 points, while the RCAZ consolidates its position among the contenders for the first places, totaling 31 points.
The rest of the championship promises to be crucial for both teams: Zemamra approaches the next meetings with confidence, while El Jadida will absolutely have to rectify the situation to avoid another disappointment.
This Doukkala derby will remain a bitter lesson for the DHJ, which will have to react quickly in order to regain the trust of its supporters and save what can still be of its season.
