Romania, victorious in its last match against Serbia (27-25), and Montenegro, defeater of the Czech Republic (28-21), joined the French team on Tuesday evening in the main round of the Euro which takes place on Tuesday evening. will take place in Hungary from Thursday.

Already two points for the Blues

After their last preliminary round meeting Monday evening (against Portugal 28-16), the French already knew that they would go to Debrecen (Hungary) to face Hungary and Sweden, who finished in the first two places in Group A. The reigning world champions will have Romania as their first opponent on Thursday, whose best result on the continental scene dates back to 2010 with a bronze medal.
