Milanese and Turinese failed to decide between themselves (0-0) this Saturday at San Siro. A parity score which does not suit anyone.
Null and blank. AC Milan and Juventus Turin remained back to back 0-0 during the disappointing display of the 13th day of the Italian Championship, Saturday at San Siro.
In a very close match, neither team managed to make the difference, nor even create a single clear scoring opportunity. Only French midfielder Youssouf Fofana made Milan supporters shudder with a long-range shot in the 80th minute which grazed Michele Di Gregorio’s crossbar.
Even the entry into play in the 70th minute of Christian Pulisic, on the bench at kick-off, failed to wake up the Rossoneri. Juve was deprived of its scorer Dusan Vlahovic, victim of a muscle contracture in the selection.
This draw does not suit Milan, whistled by its fans at the final whistle: the Lombard club remains stuck in 7th place (19 pts), with a game in hand, nine points behind Inter Milan, took the lead thanks to his demonstration in Verona (5-0) earlier in the day.
Juve have still not lost this season in the league, but now have more draws (7) than victories (6). Thiago Motta’s team remains 6th, three points from the lead.
