MotoGP Pays-Bas Assen Qualifications LIVE :

Pecco Bagnaia impressed everyone during the Friday sessions at Assen. The three-time world champion not only finished first in the morning and afternoon sessions, but he also set a new track record. Improving Bezzecchi’s previous record (1:31.472) from last year, Bagnaia set the new benchmark at 1:31.340, at least until this Saturday.

Alex Marquez also posted strong performances, with Alex edging out his brother Marc for once. The day was not without incidents. Aleix Espargaró, in fourth place, was the victim of a spectacular highside at the end of the session, leaving him on the ground in visible pain. Fortunately, after examinations at the circuit medical center, Aprilia confirmed that Aleix had not suffered any serious injuries, although he felt discomfort due to a contusion in the sacrococcygeal area.

The top ten ranking is completed by Jorge Martin, Marc Marquez, Brad Binder, Enea Bastianini, Raul Fernandez et Franco Morbidelli. These drivers are sure to fight for pole position and start in the first four rows of the grid.

Pedro Acosta was notably absent from the proceedings, leaving a void in the competition. In summary, the day was dominated by a Pecco Bagnaia in great shape, ready to continue his momentum for the rest of the weekend.
