Like last summer, PSG should once again make big purchases to strengthen their attack. After Goncalo Ramos et Randal Kolo Muani, arrived for €80M and €90M respectively, the capital club could this time break open its piggy bank to get its hands on Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
