Despite a double course in Spanish/Communication, I decided to take control of my dreams by heading into journalism. With a master’s degree in sports journalism, I cover sports and football news with as much admiration for transfer periods, when a club must make crucial choices for next season.

OM’s summer transfer window could soon take off, as both Lilian Brassier and Ismaël Koné are getting closer to Marseille. As for the Stade Brestois defender, the transfer could be made official as early as the beginning of next week, as part of a loan with an option to buy that amounts to €11 million.

Despite a very complicated 2023-2024 season, OM has not given up. The Marseille club recently announced that an agreement had been reached for the appointment of the renowned Roberto De Zerbi at the coaching position level. But the Marseille leaders have also moved their pawns on the summer transfer window…

Loan with compulsory purchase option for Lilian Brassier

The defensive sector of loon should soon be reinforced by the arrival of Lilian Brassier. Author of a great season with Brestthe 24-year-old player will sign for the Marseille club, and will therefore become the first summer recruit of loon. According to the latest indiscretions of Sky Germany, Lilian Brassier will sign as part of a loan with compulsory purchase option amounting to €9.5M, while the amount of the loan will cost €1.5M, bringing the total amount of the operation to €11M.

Lilian Brassier at OM this Monday?

Above all, the media specifies that the officialization of this first transfer is imminent. The arrival of Lilian Brassier should thus be definitively closed by loon during the day on Monday. The Frenchman will also commit until June 2029 to Marseille.
