The Girondins de Bordeaux have not yet passed the DNCG, but visibly, the Club is following its course, as if it was going to be in Ligue 2 next season.
A few days ago, we learned that a first friendly match had been scheduled against one of the clubs rising in Ligue 1, SCO Angers. This is scheduled for August 10. The location and time, however, remain to be determined.
Today, we learn that a second friendly match has been scheduled, again against a “big one”, since it is Clermont Foot 68, which recently recruited two former Bordeaux players: Henri Saivet and Damien Da Silva . This match will take place on August 3, and again the location and time remain to be determined.
Note that Clermont will resume training on July 1st. Obviously, according to Sud Ouest, it will be the 8th for Bordeaux.
