After the Spanish Grand Prix contested this Sunday, June 23 and won by Max Verstappen, Formula 1 is now heading to Austria to compete in the eleventh round of the 2024 season on the Red Bull Ring circuit.

The Austrian Grand Prix is ​​scheduled for June 28-30. For this eleventh round of the 2024 campaign, the teams will participate in the third Sprint weekend of the season with a single free practice session on Friday, followed by a Sprint qualifying session.

On Saturday June 29, the teams will participate in the Sprint race (30 minutes max), before participating in the qualifying session which will determine the starting grid for the main race on Sunday (the Austrian Grand Prix).

In 2023, it was Red Bull driver Max Verstappen who won the Austrian Grand Prix, the Dutchman ahead of Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc on the finish line followed by Sergio Perez.

Behind, Lando Norris, Fernando Alonso, Carlos Sainz, George Russell, Lewis Hamilton, Lance Stroll and Pierre Gasly completed the top ten at the finish of the event.
