It is complicated. We are very disappointed… we entered this match well, with a good strategy, we were rather dominant. And there you have it, there are facts of play and a lack of precision in the second half which mean that against this type of team, you pay cash. These red cards cost us dearly, that’s for sure, and it pisses me off even more because it’s Uini and Reda (Atonio and Wardi, Editor’s note), two exemplary players for a bunch of seasons. They have brought so much to this club that it is hard for them.

They, in any case, have been extraordinary all season, they haven’t had any slack. When it was hard, they were there, when it was nice at the end of the season, they were there too. Let them be patient like us, I am convinced that we will find them in the port. When, I don’t know, but it’s certain that we will find them quickly.
What do you think of the level of your team in the first half after such a season?
All season, we were aware that we were not at the level, but we were also aware of our strengths when we arrived here. I’m extremely proud because even at 13, we saw players who didn’t give up and who held their own in Toulouse. Now, hot, it’s hard to draw any positives. I thought we were going to learn a little bit from our whole season, from past seasons and unfortunately, that’s not the case. We will have to continue to work. All week, we had repeated that camp outings were crucial, we took three tries behind three poorly negotiated outings… There are a lot of little details except that in this match, that’s what makes the difference .
