“A passionate man”

Born in Toulouse on April 22, 1952, Robert spent his entire life in Fenouillet, his village, alongside Christine, whom he married in 1970. Sylvie and Nathalie were the joy of the couple, without forgetting his five grandchildren whom he cherished. over all ! One of his moments of happiness, simply finding himself around a table with his family or his friends. Again and always, the notion of sharing… Moreover, Sandrine Floureusses, departmental councilor of the canton, pays tribute with emotion to this exemplary altruist… “A passionate, dedicated and endearing man with whom strong human bonds were naturally forged, over the years, and beyond institutions.” For his part, Mr. Duhamel, mayor of Fenouillet, salutes a valuable club president and a man, always in a good mood, available for others and for his city. “While he will not see this French championship that he was keen to organize, we will think of him and will be present at the end of July…” adds the city’s chief magistrate. The funeral of Robert Munguia will be celebrated Tuesday, June 25 at 2:30 p.m., at the Fenouillet church. La Dépêche du Midi sends its condolences to his wife, his daughters and his family.
