Real Madrid published two medical statements informing of the injuries of the Spanish right back and the Brazilian striker on Monday.
Lucas Vázquez (33) and Rodrygo (23) were two of the three injured, along with Militaoduring the match against Osasuna at the Bernabéu. It was quickly known that the central defender would be absent for nine months, but the Spaniard and his compatriot had to wait a little longer to find out the results of the medical examinations.
“After the examinations carried out today on our player Lucas Vázquez by the Real Madrid medical service, he was diagnosed with a lesion of the adductor longus of the left leg. Awaiting evolution”, indicated the Spanish club in its first press release.
“After the examinations carried out today on our player Rodrygo by the Real Madrid medical services, he was diagnosed with a left thigh injury. Awaiting progress”, can we read in the Brazilian’s press release.
Although the club does not give a return date, as usual, both players are expected to be out for just under a month. So back in December for Lucas and Rodrygo!
