Arriving at the Serènes de Lunac basketball club at the age of 11 as a Benjamine player, Solène Broc bows out.
Solène started playing basketball at the age of 4 at the Dignac club in Charente.
Her passion for basketball has led her to coach at Les Serènes since the 2010-2011 season and for 12 years. She set up a mini-basketball school with Christophe and Bernard.
She served as secretary of the club for 7 years and the AG closes her functions within the Lunac club. Elected to the Aveyron Lozère departmental committee for 6 years, she was in charge of the training center and member of the mini basketball commission. The Steering Committee was keen to thank her at the general meeting which just took place this month, “she did an enormous job for the club”.
“I would like to thank all the volunteers, managers, players and parents who have accompanied me during all these years at the club, and good luck to the entire club and its volunteers. The next generation is here, the future of the club is promising with its 94 licensees”, concludes Solène.
