“We are at 30% of our capacity”

Ronan O'Gara spoke about the week of preparation he experienced on Canal +. A week which was punctuated by questions about his way of coaching. And far from blaming his players for recent poor performances, the Irishman took all the responsibility for himself. He was also very positive about his team's ability to develop for the rest of the season, with figures that demonstrate great ambition!

We had a meeting with the players, and I told them that they had been suffering. And when my team is suffering, I'm the one responsible. It hurt my heart, I was sad and my outlook completely changed. I respect my players, we have won a lot of things together and we will win again in the future. When I speak with them, the message must be more positive.

(…) We are developing our game. I think our three-quarters are finding their form (…) We are at 30% of our capacity and that really excites me. We have a margin for improvement of 70%.
