The Valencia GP will not take place, its replacement to be confirmed

MotoGP™ extends its heart to the Valencia community following the devastating floods that affected the region. Our thoughts are with all those affected by this disaster.

We are in constant contact with the local authorities and the circuit to best assess how we can and should help. We have a responsibility to each region we ride in that goes far beyond the sport and events.

Having carefully assessed the potential positive impact of a MotoGP™ race in Valencia on delayed dates against ensuring that no resources are diverted from repair efforts by the presence of MotoGP™, the Championship and the authorities local authorities have come to the decision to cancel the 2024 Valencia GP.

Instead of racing in Valencia, MotoGP™ will race for Valencia. The Championship will use its collective efforts to support the relief funds already in place to ensure that our positive impact can connect to the region in the way that is most useful to the people and communities that we have been a part of for so long.

Our efforts will begin at the Malaysian GP and continue through the final round of the 2024 season, which will take place at a circuit and date yet to be confirmed.

Fans around the world, our drivers and the paddock deserve a sporting finale for the 2024 season, and one that can make a key contribution to supporting the regions in which we race.

Any further information regarding the outcome of the season will be confirmed as soon as possible.
