Paul Pogba’s doping ban has been reduced to 18 months. The former French international will therefore soon be able to play football again, but it will not be at Juventus.

In September 2023, Paul Pogba was suspended for doping after testing positive following the first match of Juventus’ 2023–24 season. The midfielder received a four-year ban.

But, big turnaround this week. The former French international’s sentence has been reduced to 18 months, meaning Pogba will soon be able to make his comeback.

It is in March that “La Pioche” will officially be able to compete in a professional meeting. The 31-year-old will be able to return to training in January.

It will not, however, be at Juventus, which has just invested several tens of millions of euros to rebuild its entire midfield, and which does not intend to change its plans.

According to the Gazzetta dello Sportit is towards a pure and simple breach of contract that we are heading between Pogba and the Old Lady. According to the French press, starting with RMC Sports and theTeamMLS is a likely destination for the 2018 World champion.
