The African Football Confederation (CAF) officially announced, this Friday, October 4, the ranking of the 16 teams qualified for the group stage of the African Champions League (saison 2024/2025).

According to the CAFthe first hat includes Al Ahly (Egypt), Hope of Tunis (Tunisia), TP Mazembe (RD Congo), et Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa). As for the second hat, it brings together CR Belouizdad (Algeria), Raja Club Athletic (Morocco), Young Africans (Tanzania), et Pyramids FC (Egypt).

The third hat includes Orlando Pirates (South Africa), Al Hilal Omdurman (Sudan), AS FAR (Morocco), and Holy Hope (Angola). Finally, the fourth and final hat includes MC Alger (Algeria), Maniema Union (RD Congo), Djoliba AC (Mali), and Stade d’Abidjan (Ivory Coast).

The composition of the pots for the group stage of the African Champions League are as follows:

First pot: Al Ahly (Egypt), Espérance de Tunis (Tunisia), Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa), and TP Mazembe (DR Congo).

Second pot: CR Belouizdad (Algeria), Raja Club Athletic (Morocco), Young Africans (Tanzania), and Pyramids FC (Egypt).

Third pot: Orlando Pirates (South Africa), Al Hilal Omdurman (Sudan), AS FAR (Morocco), and Sagrada Esperança (Angola).

Fourth pot: MC Alger (Algeria), Maniema Union (DR Congo), Djoliba AC (Mali), and Stade d’Abidjan (Ivory Coast).
