Taking stock of Manchester United’s catastrophic season, the English media affirms that the Atlas Lion will not return to the Red Devils.

In an article posted online this Tuesday, May 7, the English media The Sun lists the players expected to leave Manchester United at the end of the current season.

By pointing out a catastrophic season for the Red Devils, under the direction of Dutch coach Erik ten Hag, the newspaper in question was not kind to many players, judged as “flops”.

Among the players cited and expected to leave Manchester United at the end of this season, is Moroccan international Sofyan Amrabat whose performances are judged to fall short of expectations.

What future destination?
Recalling that the arrival of the Atlas Lion brought a lot of hope, after his remarkable journey with the national team in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, the media believes that “signing him was ultimately a misstep”.

Consequently, the Moroccan international is forced to return to his owner club, Fiorentina. However, there are rumors of interest from a number of European clubs and even Saudi Arabia in the 27-year-old midfielder. For Amrabat, the summer transfer window has already started.
