“Yes frankly, the match against Alençon went perfectly, we could even have won more by a wide margin with more efficiency. The guys were serious all match. It gives us wings and we still have room for improvement to achieve a little more. »
Have you experienced the professional world, when we arrive at this holiday season, do we want to cut back a little and enjoy the family or are we formatted to never stop?
“We are formatted but we want to enjoy the family. One does not prevent the other! »

Let's go back to your beginnings, you took a 1ere club license at AS Allonne. Is that where it all started for you?
“It was the beginning yes, I followed my older friends in training. It went well. We asked to play with the category below because they were taller than me. So, I wanted to stop because I only wanted to stay with them. The coach advised me to continue and since then, I haven't stopped. »
Sambou Yatabaré: “In mentality, we are professional”
What does football mean to you?
“It’s very important, it’s the place where you feel best, it’s the place where every morning you have goals. I didn't return as an amateur, I see it every day with the guys, in the mentality, we are professionals! »
You were at the SM training center in Caen. What are your memories?
“These are great years. I left home, I couldn't wait, I arrived at a very family club, I met a lot of good people. There, we work peacefully. »
Do we adapt easily to this rigor, to this new life?
“As long as you love what you do, as long as you know it's difficult to get into it, you enjoy it. There are some who experience it more difficult but with passion, we don't realize it! »

How after a great career in the professional world, do we find ourselves at ASSOA in N3?
“Basically I wanted to stop! All my friends are in the circuit and coach Madny has been close to me for a long time, since Beauvais and when we were 14-15 years old. I knew quitting football was going to be difficult. Madny is ambitious and I want to stay on the field so we said why not. »
What does it mean to you to be a player for this Val d'Oisien club?
“I was pleasantly surprised, things work well in the club. »

“Yes…when you stay in the professional world for so long, you don’t really know how amateur clubs work. You imagine lots of things. I know Madny is picky, he pays attention to everything and everyone. When I arrived, I was reassured. It’s just great to be there! »
