Michelin Guide, La Liste, 50 Best, TripAdvisor… There is no shortage of rankings to distinguish the most popular restaurants in France and around the world.
This time, it's the turn of the top 100 best restaurants in 2024 unveiled this Tuesday by The Fork, an online reservation platform which lists more than 15,000 establishments across France.
Four in Nice, none in Var
Only four restaurants in the Alpes-Maritimes, all from Nice, made it onto the list, dominated by Parisian addresses.
This is the Cedar (8th place, Lebanese), from Mémé's Canteen (19th, world cuisine), The Antidote (27th, world cuisine) and Joia House (34th, French).
This year, no Var restaurant is awarded an award in this ranking distinguishing establishments having obtained the best ratings on The Fork.
Across the Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur region, we find Le Panier des Chefs in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (20th), Enjoy Sushi in Velaux and Duranne (58th and 60th), Le Goût du Jour in Avignon (81st) and Iod'In Restaurant in Allauch (86th).
