As part of the 16th day of Ligue 1 McDonald's, LOSC hosted FC Nantes on its lawn. This meeting, which ended in a draw (1-1), brought together just over 40,000 spectators.
The holiday period having passed, LOSC returned to the meadow this Saturday for its first of the year. However, this was not conclusive, with a sharing of points (1-1) against FC Nantes: bad accounting operation. The Mastiffs had, however, started well with the opening score of Gabriel Gudmundsson (41′), author of his first goal this season. The 41,635 spectators were, however, unable to enjoy a success as Matthis Abline equalized (69′) from the penalty spot twenty minutes from time. Fourth best attendance at mid-season, LOSC once again welcomed more than 40,000 people to its grounds. This is a good habit during the current exercise.
This meeting, the first of the year, brought together many Lille supporters, which allowed LOSC to record thehe third crowd of the sixteenth day of Ligue 1 McDonald's. Only the Orange Vélodrome, which hosted Le Havre AC (64,092), and the Groupama Stadium, where Olympique Lyonnais snatched a valuable victory over Montpellier (48,162), had a greater number of spectators.
