The Italian press has relaunched the track leading to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, whose extension with Napoli seems to be blocked. It must be said that this summer Paris Saint-Germain would have offered the Georgian international a salary of €10 million, double what his club is currently offering him. Enough to put the Italian club in an uncomfortable situation.
Summer regret, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia could well become one of the big objectives of the PSG. The future of the 23-year-old winger is indeed much talked about since he currently earns less than €2 million per year and the negotiations with the Napoli for his contract extension seem to be treading water given the demands of the Georgian international, which was one of the priorities of the PSG during the last summer transfer window to compensate for the departure of Kylian Mbappé.
Kvaratskhelia wants more
All this would be the fault of the PSG ! Several media including TMW explain in fact that the failure of his transfer during the last transfer window would have marked a radical change between Kvaratskhelia and the Napoli. This notably impacted the negotiations on his new contract, since for several months the Georgian's demands have continued to increase, reaching €8M according to the most recent indiscretions.
PSG offered him €10M per year
To convince him to leave Napoli this summer, the PSG in particular would have offered him a salary of €10M per year, which is almost six times more than he currently earns. But above all it is double what the Parthenopean club would have offered him to extend, since the Italian press speaks of €5M net per year, with bonuses which could increase the total to €6M. And if the situation doesn't change soon, a transfer could well become the only solution for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia… and in Paris we could well return to the charge!
