The Marseille president declared that his experience allowed him to manage some problems and thus avoid certain transfers going to the wall. “With my experience in this field, actively, for many seasons, I wanted to supervise everything, to take control of the daily life. On the other hand, this summer, when a file was not in line with the club’s strategy, when we were hitting a wall on a negotiation, then I intervened. I took some distance to give the right advice. »
