This initiative marks a “major milestone” in the implementation of the provisions of the law n°31.13 on the right of access to information for all the institutions indicated by article 2 of this law.
The CDAIthe entity responsible for monitoring the proper application of the right of access to information at the national level, will make this national portal available to these institutions.

- Public establishments or any legal entity under public law
- Any other institution or public or private body with a public service mission
- The institutions and bodies provided for in Title XII of the Constitution
The portal www.chafafiya.ma aims to be an interactive interface between these institutions and citizens, through the reception and processing of access to information requests.
-The agreement defines the technical and organizational arrangements to ensure optimal transfer of this reference platform from the MTNRA to the CDAI. This transfer includes existing functionalities, technical specifications, as well as support and technical assistance guaranteed by the MTNRA for a period of six months.
