The judge in charge of the 1st investigating office of the Financial Judicial Pool of the Dakar High Court announces in a press release sent to Pressafrik the summons of Maîtres Papa Laïty NDIAYE, El Hadji Moustapha DIOUF, Abdou Dialy KANE, Pape SENE, Cheikh Ahmadou NDIAYE, Alioune Badara FALL, Souleymane SOUMARE, Djiby DIALLO, Mouhamed Seydou DIAGNE, Baboucar CISSE, all counsel for Lat Diop and lawyers at the Court to appear in court on Thursday January 30, 2025 at 10 a.m. for any interrogation of Lat DIOP, in accordance in article 105 of the code of criminal procedure.
Consequently, the press release indicates, the procedure will be made available to them no later than twenty-four hours before the interrogation.
