Ported by the vision of its founder, with more than 17 years of experience within large companies in the technology sector, Houssni Job positions itself as a startup specializing in the development of digital skills and the professional integration of young people in Morocco. Its credo: make human capital the essential lever of digital transformation.

The company focuses its efforts on young bac + 2 graduates, offering them retraining programs targeted at digital professions, such as IT development and mastery of digital platforms, to better meet the growing needs of the market.

“Since its creation, Houssni Job has already supported more than 1,700 young people, whether in launching their own projects or through retraining programs towards professions with high employability potential,” proudly underlines its founder, Keltoum. Hussni.

Projects with GIZ and the Mohammed V Foundation for youth employability

In 2024, the startup carried out two major conversion projects. The first, carried out in partnership with the German GIZ cooperation program, enabled the training of 60 young bac + 2 graduates in experimental sciences and mathematics. For six months, these young people followed a conversion program in IT development, which concluded with the organization of a job dating. This event led to the complete professional integration of the winners of this program, mainly within banking, customer relations and digital services sectors.

The second project was carried out in collaboration with the Mohammed V Foundation and enabled the training and support of more than 50 young entrepreneurs as part of the Center for Very Small Solidarity Enterprises (CTPES) program. This project aimed to support project leaders through training modules in digital marketing, human resources and soft skills development.

Building on the success of these two projects, Housni Job recently established strategic partnerships with three faculties of Hassan II University as well as several major higher education institutions.

“The objective of these collaborations is to support students and graduates in their professional integration by providing them with the skills and resources necessary to integrate more quickly into the job market,” underlines its founder, Keltoum Houssni.

In addition to its commitment to young people, the company also offers support services to companies wishing to succeed in their digital transformation. It intervenes upstream, particularly in the recruitment of specialized human resources and change management, facilitating the integration of new technologies and digital processes in organizations.
