Neuchâtel public transport is being reorganized. The mandate of TransN director Pascal Vuilleumier will end soon. The company is facing serious financial difficulties. Interim management will be put in place under the responsibility of the current financial director Cédric Aubry.

This abrupt reorganization should make it possible to carry out reforms with a view to cleaning up and consolidating the structure. TransN also explains that, in conjunction with its shareholders (notably the canton), an in-depth analysis will be concluded in the coming months. This audit must push the company to find “a rational use of the resources available” and to seek “an optimal critical size”.

In its press release, TransN thanks its departing director and recalls that during his 12 years in management, Pascal Vuilleumier notably “successfully implemented the merger of the former companies TRN and TN”. /comm-adju
