The 9th edition of the HR Forum will be held on January 9 and 10 on the campus of the Private University of Fez. This two-day event will be marked by a thematic conference on “The Impact of AI on Employability”, hosted by renowned experts, indicates the UPF in a press release.

On the occasion of this edition, several prestigious speakers will share their expertise, namely Mohammed Jadri, economic analyst and Director of the Government Action Observatory, who will address the impact of AI on employability, and Ayoub Zouak, Digitalization and Development Project Manager at the Regional Investment Center, who will explore the shift towards AI and its implications for businesses and careers.

For his part, Mehdi Tamimount, Head of the Contribution to Regional Strategic Planning Department at the Regional Investment Center, will discuss the challenges faced and the sectors targeted by the 2030 World Cup, a transformative event for the regional economy, while Driss Slaoui, Founder of WeLoveBuzz, will offer a captivating session on Storytelling and its role in the professional world.

The HR Forum also offers companies an exceptional platform to present their recruitment needs and the profiles sought, exchange with students and laureates during interviews, discover the exclusive portfolio of PFE and internships of the UPF and understand the trends and challenges of the job market in the age of AI. More than 35 companies will be present to maximize their visibility and strengthen their interaction with the talents of tomorrow.

At the end of the conference, a tour will be organized to inaugurate the stands of the participating companies. This moment will mark the official launch of the HR Forum activities and will allow participants to discover the opportunities and initiatives offered by participating companies.
