This week, parliamentarians reacted strongly to the crisis which threatens the existence of the country’s hotlines and group practices following two judgments by the Federal Court. At issue: an emergency tax wrongly invoiced, for which insurers request reimbursement to replenish their reserves. This situation has already pushed a practice in Sursee, in the canton of Lucerne, to close its doors by the end of the month. During the first week of the session, which has just ended, no less than five texts were submitted on this subject.
