The most difficult points remain the “socio-economic”, i.e. taxation, employment and pensions. Federal training: Bart De Wever’s mission is extended

In any case, trainer Bart De Wever pressed the tempo: negotiations seven days a week, from noon to 10 p.m. The parties of the future Arizona hope to reach an agreement before the end of the year. The daily De Tijd mentioned participation congresses which would be held on the weekend of December 14. Premature, several sources judged.

The possibility of also voting on a budget before the end of the year, however, remains very uncertain given the steps that must be taken: opinion from the Court of Auditors, discussion in the various committees before approval in plenary session. The De Croo government in current affairs agreed on Monday on the provisional twelfths. Arizona could, however, pass some urgent reforms before December 31.
