Big clash Sunday evening at rue de Candolle

READER INFO – An accident involving two cars has caused excitement in the Bastions district. Fortunately not serious.

The accident caused a lot of noise in the Bastions district and required the intervention of numerous vehicles, including ambulances and police cars. It happened Sunday evening a little before 8:50 p.m. between two vehicles on rue de Candolle at the intersection with rue Imbert Gallois.

A car coming from rue Imbert Gallois collided with a car traveling on rue de Candolle towards Place Neuve. This last vehicle, coming from rue de Candolle, was deported following the impact and hit three cars parked in front of number 28 of the same street.

Following the clashes, the two drivers were slightly injured and taken to Geneva University Hospitals for examinations. It would be two men according to the police. More fear than harm in the end.

The investigation will have to determine the circumstances of this accident.
