TF1: 3.99 million (21.7%)
France 2 : 3.59 million (19.6%)

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Normandy landings, the Head of State gave an interview to Gilles Bouleau (TF1) and Anne-Sophie Lapix (France 2) live from Caen. From 8:12 p.m. to 8:46 p.m., the interview brought together 7.58 million viewers on average, i.e. 41.3% of the public watching television according to Médiamétrie. In detail, the retransmission on TF1 attracted 400,000 more viewers than that of France 2.

As an indication, on March 14, a previous interview with Emmanuel Macron, already broadcast on TF1 and France 2 from 8:10 p.m. to 8:46 p.m., also with Gilles Bouleau and Anne-Sophie Lapix, had gathered 8.86 million viewers according to Médiamétrie, or 41.3% of the public. That evening, TF1 took the lead by attracting 4.78 million viewers (22.3% PDA) compared to 4.07 million (19%) for France 2.

The Head of State took the floor to answer questions following debates in the National Assembly and the Senate concerning the security agreement concluded with Ukraine.

Reduced to around ten minutes due to the interview with Emmanuel Macron, the news from TF1 and France 2 remained in their usual pattern.
On M6, Xavier de Moulins is in slight decline.

“TPMP” regains color by gaining 200,000 viewers over one day. The last part of Cyril Hanouna’s talk show, which lasted 13 minutes yesterday, is getting closer to 2 million followers and well beyond the 10% market share mark.
On TMC, it’s the opposite. “Quotidien” and Yann Barthès lose 200,000 followers in one day and move away from 10 PDA points. The last part of the talk show also lasted 13 minutes.
On France 5, Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine suffers and loses 230,000 viewers.
On Arte, “28 minutes” is in good shape.
