The Public Health Emergency Operations Center, under the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health, issued a statement detailing the human losses caused by Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon yesterday. According to this report, the aggression left 45 martyrs and 179 injured, spread over several regions of the country.
Loss details for yesterday are as follows:
- South of Lebanon : 12 martyrs and 41 injured
- Nabatieh : 25 martyrs and 88 wounded
- Frog : 3 martyrs and 14 injured
- Baalbek-Hermel : 5 martyrs and 36 injured
Thus, the overall toll for yesterday reached 45 dead and 179 injured.
This new count brings the total toll, since the start of the Israeli aggression, to 2 412 martyrs et 11,267 injured.
The Ministry of Public Health continues to closely monitor the situation on the ground, as intensive bombardments by the Israeli enemy continue, inflicting heavy losses on Lebanese civilians. Hospitals and medical centers remain on high alert to meet the growing needs of the injured, despite limited resources and increasing pressure on the health system.
