Allan Lichtman, the “prophet” of the American elections, already knows who will win

Since 1981, this historian has managed to predict with near-perfect acuity the outcome of the American presidential elections. And according to him, for November, the die has already been cast.

The day after the second assassination attempt on Donald Trump, foiled on September 15 in Florida, analysts, commentators and specialists were writing and writing about whether or not this would benefit the former president. As in the day after the debate, where it was necessary to know whether or not Kamala Harris had won; whether or not Trump had lost; whether or not Elon Musk’s support for Trump and Taylor Swift’s for Harris could seal the fate of the November 5 election.

For Allan Lichtman, these debates are pointless. First, because, like everyone else, this history professor at American University in Washington DC knows that it is not a debate that changes the course of an election. Second, because Lichtman already knows who will be the 47the President of the United States.
